In reality, I could have picked any book by Dr Joe Dispenza, but this was my first. He has a compelling narrative of his own journey to healing and presents the science to explain the apparent miraculous healing from physical and emotional problems. He dispels the "woo woo" and provides a concrete base to launch into your healing journey. Highly recommended if you need science based proof.
